Together We Change:</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Are you ready to enable manufacturing excellence by ensuring the right indirect materials and services are available at the right time to support safe, reliable, and efficient operations?</strong></p><p><br></p><p>The <strong>Indirect Materials Procurement & Logistics Analyst (IWS)</strong> plays a critical role in supporting manufacturing and maintenance operations by planning, procuring, and managing indirect materials and services. This role applies <strong>Integrated Work System (IWS)</strong> principles to work to standard processes, support Daily Management Systems, and drive loss elimination through data‑driven analysis and continuous improvement.</p><p><br></p><p>In this role, you will partner closely with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Production Planning, and Procurement teams to align material strategies with operational needs, manage risk, and improve cost, service, and inventory performance—while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, regulatory, and company standards.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What you will be doing:</strong></p><ul><li>Analyze, plan, and execute indirect material procurement activities (MRO, operating supplies, and services) supporting manufacturing and maintenance schedules.</li><li>Independently execute SAP / MRP transactions to ensure timely and accurate material availability.</li><li>Apply IWS fundamentals including Working to Standards, Daily Management Systems, and a Zero Loss Mindset to indirect material processes.</li><li>Identify losses related to material availability, inventory, lead time, and cost; support root cause analysis and countermeasure implementation.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels, open orders, and supplier performance; escalate risks to operations as appropriate.</li><li>Generate reports and analysis supporting inventory optimization, cost control, and supplier service performance.</li><li>Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Production Planning, and Procurement partners to align material plans with operational needs.</li><li>Support compliance with business continuity inventory practices, SOX controls, audit requirements, and company policies.</li><li>Ensure adherence to Safety, Environmental, Quality, Regulatory, and Code of Conduct requirements.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What we want you to have:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.</li><li>Experience in manufacturing operations, materials management, logistics, procurement, or supply chain environments.</li><li>Working knowledge of SAP / MRP and manufacturing support systems preferred.</li><li>Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Knowledge of manufacturing operations, maintenance support, and material flow processes.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.</li><li>Ability to work independently within defined processes and escalate exceptions appropriately.</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills in a team-based manufacturing environment.</li><li>Duties are primarily office-based with regular interaction in manufacturing and maintenance environments. On-site presence at the manufacturing center is required.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions.
