• An Engagement Manager supports the selling and delivering of large and complex engagements at clients including S/4 HANA technology. These are typically multi-tower transformational programmes involving SAP S/4 HANA led business change, infrastructure changes and business process outsource. • The S/4 Data Migration Manager specialist brings that experience and expertise to opportunities and engagements - which can include taking responsibility for the Integration team, solution, estimates and delivery. Responsibilities: Bring SAP S/4 HANA Data Migration experience and expertise to opportunities and engagements. Build out the S/4 Data Migration capability within the team Capture and develop the knowledge and understanding of S/4 Data Migration within the team Work closely with Engagement Directors / Partners to achieve identified outcomes. Pursue qualified opportunities. Deliver quality engagements on time and on budget. Provide leadership to team members and client project managers assigned to the projects. Support the growth of the S/4 group through various practice building activities, including supporting thought leadership. 5+ years SAP implementation experience Demonstrated hands-on experience in at least one end to end S/4 implementation during which candidate played the role of Data Migration Manager to include: A high level knowledge of S/4 main processes including RTR, PTP, OTC and PP A broad understanding of the integration between the S/4 main processes Experience working between teams to identify data migration requirements and manage them through to completion including design, build, test, mock run, cutover etc A deep knowledge of all phases of a project and especially: ? The Design: How data migration requirements are identified. The resolution of data migration issues at the Design stage. Knowledge of how the data migration requirements identified during the Design phase flow into the integration test scenarios ? The Build and Test: How to track, manage and control the build and test of the data migration objects. ? The Integration Test: How to integrate data migration objects into integration test scenarios. How to build and test mock runs of data migration objects. ? The Cutover: How data migration is an integral part of the Cutover. Prior experience in a consulting environment is preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse group of people. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Lead peers in the accomplishment of common goals Highly motivated and driven Keen attention to detail, flexible and analytical Experience supporting business development activities preferred.
