Position Summary We're currently hiring hundreds of Customer Care Representatives in the San Antonio, TX area to join our Caremark Member Operations division. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to work from home and enjoy a flexible schedule that allows you to balance your priorities in and outside of work. You'll be assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions, and providing solutions to help simplify their healthcare experience. Key Responsibilities: Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions Provide solutions to help simplify members' healthcare experience Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients Receive training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise Work from home with a flexible schedule that allows you to balance your priorities in and outside of work Essential Qualifications: 1 year experience interacting with customers (i.e. call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience) Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications Preferred Qualifications: Associates degree or equivalent experience Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills At least 6 months of healthcare experience Education: High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred Pay Range: The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $28.45 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
