As a Residential Driver at Waste Management, you will operate heavy-duty trucks and be responsible for collecting residential household waste or recyclable materials. Responsibilities

Operate truck in accordance with WM Safety and Life Critical Rules, OSHA, and DOT requirements
Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the truck and document checks
Report unsafe situations or service-related issues immediately
Attend and participate in required training programs and meetings
Communicate effectively with Dispatch or Route Manager
Ensure the cleanliness of customer locations after service
Follow route assignments and complete end-of-day documentation

Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years of age
Hold a current Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License with an air-brake endorsement
1 year of experience operating a vehicle requiring a CDL or equivalent military driving within the last 7 years
Legally eligible to work in the United States

Education Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
