AMP is currently hiring for 1 Team Lead in Penn Hills and 1 Team Lead in Monroeville, Pa to care for 1 individual that require Male only staff. This position is M-F 8A-4P with the opportunity for overtime and advancement. AMP offers an hourly rate of $19.50-$22.50 per hour for this position. There are shift differentials at select locations and shifts. We have paid training and a great work environment. We are currently offering a $1'000 retention bonus. AMP also offers yearly merit raises, bonuses, E-Badge raise and bonus for professional development, prizes and yearly awards for years of service. AMP promotes from within and has a proven track record that you can see. We interview Monday through Friday.

AMP requires that ALL applicants have a minimum 5-years' experience in the field of Residential care / dual-diagnosis care and at least 2-years' experience as a team lead / house manager / supervisor in residential care. Knowledge of 6100/6400 and experience in passing medications and using a paper or electronic MAR, is required. AMP requires the Team lead, in addition to all the duties of being a direct support professional, you will participate in Doctor's appointments, and oversee paperwork, food / household / gas budgets, vehicle maintenance.

We require a valid driver's license, a minimum of a G.E.D. or High School Diploma, the ability to always learn, grow and have the positive attitude required to care for challenging individuals. AMP has a proven track record of promoting from within.
