As a Strategic Platform Consultant, you will drive sales by partnering with financial intermediaries, utilizing a consultative sales approach to enhance asset growth and retention across your territory.


Responsibilities

  • Drives sales results by cultivating strategic partnerships with financial intermediaries, including TAMP, Insurance, and division leadership
  • Acts as a versatile "utility player," coordinating with sales leaders and associates to capitalize on high-growth opportunities
  • Apply consultative and challenger sales techniques to identify intermediary needs, introduce innovative solutions, and clearly articulate NACG’s competitive value
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with Wealth Management, Strategic Relationship Group, and Insurance teams to deliver aligned sales outcomes
  • Develops and executes data-driven business plans that support sales growth, asset retention, and territory optimization
  • Builds strong internal and external relationships, identifies cross-selling opportunities, and fosters collaboration across divisions
  • Demonstrates a commitment to continuous improvement through ongoing skills development, sales effectiveness refinement, and required licensing
