Meta is seeking a Strategic Partnership Manager to accelerate monetization and drive product growth with a top partner in the Advertising ecosystem. The role involves managing key relationships, developing strategies for revenue growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive new business opportunities.


Responsibilities

  • The Strategic Partnerships team is responsible for managing some of Meta’s key relationships within Adtech/Martech/Commerce/Whatsapp and serves as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders across the Monetization organization
  • Responsible for strategy definition, revenue and product growth and overall account execution
  • Initiate and lead exploratory communications to drive new business opportunities and product growth initiatives with these partners, working with product, partner management, legal, solutions engineering, and other cross-functional stakeholders as required
  • Identify and prioritize partner opportunities based on quantitative analysis, providing guidance on Total Addressable Market and specific segments of the market these partners can help us influence and grow
  • Develop an understanding of products to inform and influence partner roadmaps by identifying mutually beneficial opportunities, and translate these insights into high-quality recommendations that shape product roadmaps across multiple teams
  • Manage partnerships to deliver results, and build long-term partner relationships
  • Represent Meta in external meetings with executives, both internally and externally

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of experience in digital technology, advertising technology, or equivalent, in partner/account management/business development roles
  • Experience gathering and analyzing data, research, and market analysis, translating this information into requirements to develop a long-term strategy
  • Experience working with Product, Sales, and other teams to identify and influence new product and platform features
  • Demonstrated experience executing in a environment with several internal cross functional teams and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven track record of building and scaling business
  • MBA or MS Degree or equivalent experience
  • A track record of influencing change in organizations, and experience synthesizing and executing against problems and timelines
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup, sales, and online advertising environment
