You’ll work on a close-knit team to develop business solutions for our global clients. You have high attention to detail and a knack for streamlining processes. We want you to bring your problem-solving skills to our growing team and help us change the world of recruiting!


What You’ll Do:

Support clients via daily video conference calls, addressing questions and providing guidance as needed.


Document client interactions by capturing key discussion points, decisions, and action items to maintain project alignment and continuity.
    Assist in conducting product demos and walkthroughs for client teams. Collaborate with the Services team to identify and troubleshoot client issues. Support clients through the go-live process, ensuring a smooth transition to the platform. Develop a working understanding of customers’ recruiting processes and workflows to provide practical project support. Help prepare and deliver training materials for small to mid-sized teams of recruiting specialists and hiring managers. Configure the VidCruiter platform under guidance, incorporating basic customer customization requirements. Support Implementation Managers with project-related tasks across multiple concurrent client implementations.
  • Gather client feedback and relay insights to internal teams to help improve the product and client experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Must be available to work Monday to Friday (10pm to 6am PHT).

  • Proven track record of working with clients and leveraging technology solutions, preferably within a SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency in English language or communication skills (verbal and non-verbal).

  • Successful experience in technical support, training, onboarding, implementation, project management, or other relevant skill sets.

  • Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail and the ability to multitask

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

  • Ensure consistent HIGH-QUALITY output at all times

  • Highly dependable.
