In this role, you will play a crucial part in our Telehealth Clinic and Outpatient programs. You will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking our services, ensuring that appointments are scheduled seamlessly. With the fast-paced nature of telehealth, your organizational skills will be instrumental in maintaining a smooth operational flow. You will support patients and providers by facilitating connections to telehealth services while managing critical documentation.
