Job Summary

As a Global Business Process Owners support the Customer Business Lead by managing MES objects including GMBRs and equipment related items used across manufacturing sites. Assess and implement change requests meet delivery commitments and understand all inputs to GMBR design. Responsibilities may also include owning global MES SOPs and contributing to MES training materials.


Responsibilities

  • Manage a defined set of MES objects such as GMBRs (electronic batch records) and equipment management objects (ESPs state diagrams) utilized across all applicable manufacturing sites
  • Accept and evaluate requests for changes
  • Make and adhere to commitments of completion of changes
  • Understand all sources of input into the GMBR designs
  • May include ownership of global MES SOPs
  • May include input and review of global MES training materials
  • Lead the testing efforts for MES Validation and Automated Testing to ensure software quality and compliance.
  • Oversee manual testing processes to identify and resolve defects in the system.
  • Provide expertise in MES L4 L3 and L2 Integration to enhance system interoperability.
  • Utilize Generative AI to optimize testing strategies and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of systems.
  • Implement Oracle-SQL solutions to manage and analyze data effectively.
  • Apply domain knowledge in Manufacturing and Supply Chain to tailor testing processes to industry standards.
  • Develop XML Schema Definitions (XSD) to validate data structures and ensure accuracy.
  • Utilize XML for data exchange and integration between systems.
  • Leverage Werum PAS-X for efficient manufacturing execution and process control.
  • Ensure testing processes align with company objectives and contribute to overall business success.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing methodologies and outcomes.


Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in MES Validation Automated and Manual Testing and Integration.
  • Have extensive domain knowledge in Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes.
  • Exhibit expertise in XML Schema Definition (XSD) and XML for data management.
  • Experienced in Werum PAS-X systems.
  • Display ability to work effectively in a remote work model with day shifts.
  • Maintain a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions that meet industry standards.


Certifications Required

  • Nice to have : Certified Tester Advanced Level (CTAL) Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) MES Certification.
