You have access to upper management and will be a part of an excellent team of kind people. Job Descriptions for Partners and Associates. We are seeking experienced Insurance Defense Attorneys in Las Vegas, Nevada. The ideal candidates will have experience in at least one of the following areas: bodily injury defense, construction defect, professional liability, environmental, general liability, transportation, employment, and or other insurance defense lines of business. Key Responsibilities: • Partners • You drive the cases and develop the strategies to discuss with clients and business partners. We have trial-level lawyers but do support you trying your own cases if you so desire and demonstrate the skills to do so. You are lead counsel on day-to-day management of your cases and are expected to be actively involved. • Associates • Work collaboratively with partner level lawyers including preparing and conduct depositions, motion practice, oral arguments, settlement negotiations, and assist in customer service items such as reporting. Qualifications: • Partners - Minimum 7 years’ experience as a licensed lawyer, with at least 3 years in Nevada and 2 years of insurance defense. No book of business needed. • Associates – Minimum 1 year of experience as a licensed lawyer.
