We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Entry-Level Data & Workflow Analyst to support operational processes through accurate data entry, workflow tracking, and reporting assistance. As a Remote Entry-Level Data & Workflow Analyst, you will help maintain data integrity, monitor workflow progress, and assist with administrative coordination across departments. Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & Record Maintenance

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain data across internal systems and platforms

  • Review records for completeness, accuracy, and consistency

  • Identify discrepancies and escalate or resolve issues as appropriate

  • Conduct routine data quality checks and audits

  • Maintain organized digital documentation and filing systems


Workflow Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track project milestones and workflow progress

  • Assist in generating recurring and ad hoc operational reports

  • Compile data summaries for leadership review
