The Gainey Agency seeks a motivated remote customer service professional to serve as an insurance agent focused on life insurance and related protection products. This role combines consultative client service, sales support, and policy administration to deliver high-quality service across the insurance lifecycle in a remote, performance-driven environment.

  • Key responsibilities
    • Conduct inbound and outbound client consultations to assess needs and recommend appropriate life insurance solutions.
    • Prepare quotes, assist clients with applications, collect required documentation, and facilitate submission and issuance processes.
    • Explain policy features, underwriting processes, beneficiary options, and coverage considerations in a clear and compliant manner.
    • Provide post-issuance support including endorsements, renewals, and basic claims coordination; ensure timely follow-up and client satisfaction.
    • Maintain accurate client and policy records in CRM systems and follow established procedures and compliance requirements.
    • Collaborate with colleagues, participate in ongoing training and coaching, and contribute to individual and team performance objectives.
  • Required qualifications
    • 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States.
    • Reliable computer, high-speed internet connection, and a suitable remote workspace.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional phone/email etiquette.
    • Customer-service orientation with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
    • Self-motivated, coachable, and able to work independently in a performance-driven remote environment.
    • Willingness to obtain relevant life insurance licensing if not currently licensed; licensing support provided.
