Your job is to cold call property managers and secure a meeting agreement.

If you’ve sold solar, roofing, insurance, cars, merchant services, or done door-to-door → this is built for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Cold call property managers and business owners
  • Handle objections and push for commitment
  • Secure confirmed meeting dates
  • Gather required details to create a listing
  • Follow up until the deal is finalized

Most calls will end in rejection. You must be comfortable pushing past resistance.
