Responsibilities Demonstrate ability to analyze and interpret data and translate it into meaningful solutions for clients: Approach client with coherent, actionable, and fact-based data/recommendations appropriate to their business needs Continually provide analytical solutions and business insights to address any business gaps and/or opportunities and create value for the client Identify business issues and opportunities and suggests the appropriate analytic solution/approach Apply knowledge of client’s business and the industry to help identify, create, and close business opportunities: Ask questions to test assumptions and challenge the status quo Synthesize information on a variety of issues; translate the information into a project framework that ultimately provides solutions for clients Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills: Ability to present and visualize information effectively that gets beyond just the “what?” to the “so what?” and “now what?” Educate clients on Circana product suite to successfully integrate them and move them up the value chain Demonstrate a flexible approach to communication; adapt messages quickly to the appropriate level or function with poise and polish Consistently act with client satisfaction in mind and follow through on commitments to ensure the needs of the client are met: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements Help customers identify solutions to problems they did not know they had Regularly and proactively communicate with clients, including soliciting feedback to continually improving the relationship Skills Bachelor's Degree preferably in Data Science, Data Analytics, Marketing, Market Research, Merchandising, or Psychology 1-3 years of experience in marketing research, client services, customer/account-management or analytics (POS, consumer, custom survey research and/or syndicated research) Experience leveraging data to generate impactful, engaging and action-based analyses and presentations Basic understanding of analytic models – forecasting, price and promotion, marketing effectiveness, – to tie solutions to client business issues Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail Master's degree in marketing, Economics, Statistics or Business Administration a plus Benefits Paid time off Medical/dental/vision insurance 401(k) Company Overview Circana consults on the complexities of customer behavior.
