Remote Call Center Sales Representative

Pay: $16/hour + Uncapped Commission
Average Annual Earnings: $70,000 | Top Performers: $100,000+
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 8 PM EST (Full-Time Shift Within Window) + Rotating Saturdays, 9 AM – 6 PM EST

Are you a confident, motivated sales professional who knows how to close over the phone? We’re looking for experienced outbound sales representatives to join our high-energy remote call center team.

This is not an entry-level position — you must have proven success in heavy outbound phone sales and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. You’ll connect with warm leads provided by our marketing team (no cold lists) and help customers find the best home protection plans available.

What You’ll Do

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to warm leads provided — no cold prospecting required.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and close deals over the phone.
  • Handle inbound call transfers and convert interested prospects.
  • Consistently meet and exceed daily and monthly sales goals.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow compliance and quality standards.

Participate in ongoing coaching and training to stay sharp and successful.

What We’re Looking For

Do not apply if you do not have recent, high-volume outbound telephone sales experience.
Must have:

  • 1+ year of proven outbound phone sales experience (call center or inside sales).
  • Strong closing skills and comfort making 100+ outbound calls per day.
  • Own computer, headset, and reliable high-speed internet — required for remote work.
  • Excellent communication, persistence, and resilience in a competitive environment.
  • Ability to work full-time, Monday–Friday (8 AM – 8 PM EST) and rotating Saturdays (9 AM – 6 PM EST).

Computer Requirements:

  • Windows PC with Windows 10 or 11 (NO Macs or Chromebooks)
  • Processor: 2.1 GHz or better (Intel i5-4440+ / AMD Ryzen 3+)
  • RAM: 8 GB or more
  • Storage: 120+ GB SSD or HDD with 20 GB free
  • At least 2 available USB ports
  • Integrated or connectable webcam
  • Monitor: 1920x1080 (recommended), minimum 1366x768
  • Wired keyboard & mouse
  • Wired USB headset (microphone + headphones)
  • Wired internet connection required (WiFi not supported)

Internet Requirements:

  • Must be from a cable or fiber provider
