Inova Health is looking for a dedicated Occupational Health RN to join the team. This role will be full-time, day shift Monday-Friday 7:45am-4:15pm. Nurses will be asked to float between clinics occasionally. Successful candidates will have an active Top Secret Security Clearance (ISSA/TS/SCI). Clinic hours are 7:45 am-4:15pm Monday-Friday. Main Duties: Administering vaccines, health assessments, blood draws, routine care, urgent care, and medical assistance as necessary Clinical and Professional practice: demonstrates clinical nursing expertise and professional competency through the planning, implementation and management of programs that support the health, safety, and well-being of team members Requirements Experience 1 year of Registered Nurse clinical experience. Strongly preferred : More than 5 years\' experience as an RN; experience in ED, ICU, Urgent Care, Occ Health or Federal agencies desired. Top Secret Security Clearance (ISSA/TS/SCI) required. Education: BSN from an accredited school of nursing. If RN has an Associates Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 5 years of start date. Certification: BLS certification required. Licensure - Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment Special Skills - Proficient in English. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
