About the Role

As the Regional Sales Director (RSD) for Mid-Market in Singapore, you will be leading a high-growth business unit. This team is coming off a strong year with significant momentum. We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader to scale this success. You will lead a high-performing team of Account Executives helping Singapore’s most dynamic companies transform using the world’s #1 AI CRM. You will focus on building a high-performance culture, driving long-term employee success, and maintaining operational excellence.

Your Impact

What You’ll Do

  • Leadership and Coaching: Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing team of Account Executives. You will provide consistent sales coaching and mentoring to help your team over-achieve on their quotas and grow their careers.
  • Value-Based Selling: Lead from the front in client engagements by articulating how AI, Data, and CRM drive tangible ROI for mid-market organizations.
  • Ecosystem Orchestration: Collaborate in a matrixed environment with Solution Engineering, Alliances, and Product teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Customer Advocacy and Retention: Be a sponsor for key accounts and top deals, personally ensuring deep alignment between our product roadmap and our customers' long-term business goals.
  • Talent Magnet: Actively hunt for the best sales talent in the region to build a diverse and high-performing team.
  • Forecasting Excellence: Provide senior leadership with accurate revenue forecasts and actionable market insights.

Requirements

  • Proven Sales Leadership: Minimum 5 years of experience building and scaling quota-carrying teams in a high-growth SaaS environment, with a consistent record of quota achievement and internal talent promotion.
  • Customer-Centricity: Ability to cultivate and maintain senior customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders and helping them navigate digital and AI transformation.
  • Singapore Market Experience: Deep understanding of how businesses operate in Singapore, including local enterprises and global companies with local presence.
  • Value Selling: Proven ability to apply sophisticated value-based selling to the fast-paced Mid-Market cycle.
