Researches records requests to provide documents, data, and information. Processes documents for assistive technology accessibility. Converts documents to appropriate filetypes as required. Indexes documents with correct keywords according to program, unit, and document type specifications. Researches documents that require corrections to determine the appropriate document type and indexing information. Coordinates with staff and external entities as necessary to confirm or clarify information. Assists in large scanning projects by preparing documents for transfer to offsite vendor, creating and<br>maintaining tracking data, and updating metadata on documents to reflect file locations.</p><p style="margin: 11pt 0px 0pt;
