We are a local oyster farm based in Mashpee, Cape Cod, committed to producing exceptional oysters and delivering a high-quality raw bar experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Shuck oysters efficiently and safely throughout service
  • Assist with daily raw bar prep including shellfish prep, sauces, garnishes, and station setup
  • Help assemble seafood towers and raw bar platters with consistency and attention to detail
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
  • Support smooth service and assist the raw bar team as needed
  • Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Represent the South Cape Oyster Company brand with pride

Who You Are

  • Experience shucking oysters or working in a raw bar or kitchen environment preferred
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment
  • Reliable, organized, and a strong team player
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Passionate about hospitality and quality seafood

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
