Position Overview: We’re looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented QA & Documentation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of all documentation related to patient care, including reviewing and auditing records to ensure compliance with industry standards. You'll collaborate closely with staff to resolve any documentation issues, contribute to the development of quality assurance processes, and ensure that our documentation practices consistently support the high standards of care we provide. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be essential in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our operations. Why Join Us? • 100% remote – work from home • Room to grow – build QA & healthcare administration skills • Prpose-driven work – your accuracy supports excellent client care • Inclusive culture – supportive, collaborative team Perks & Benefits • Paid time off (PTO) • Paid U.S. holidays • Paid birthday leave • Monthly health stipend Job Description: • Responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of all documentation which should be completed every day prior to the client's upcoming appointment. • Review and audit documents and patient records (e.g. LOCUS/CASII, Treatment Plan, Progress Notes, etc.) to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with all relevant information and guidelines • Identify areas where documentation is incomplete or inaccurate and work with the staff to correct any issues • Help develop QA Processes for other teams • Lead or support coaching sessions and training programs to newly hired therapists in the QA documentation process as needed.
