For decades, homeownership while being a symbol of success and stability has remained a major financial burden for most families. High EMIs, long repayment cycles, unpredictable returns, and fragmented purchasing processes often leave homeowners stressed instead of empowered. We are changing this. Brixline is building India’s first Investment-First Homeownership Platform, designed to turn every home into a self-paying, wealth-generating asset. By integrating property discovery, financing, yield-linked returns, and predictive appreciation models into one cohesive ecosystem, we enable families to own homes without the long-term financial pressure traditionally associated with EMIs. What We Do: At Brixline, we provide a full-stack, technology-driven experience for homebuyers: - Simplified Property Discovery: Curated listings, guided discovery, and on-ground assistance. - End-to-End Buyer Journey: Site visits, legal verification, documentation, and transaction support. - Smart Financing Integration: Structured loans and financing products tailored for long-term stress-free ownership. - Investment-Linked Homeownership: Buyers earn 2-4% APY through yield-linked programs that help offset EMIs over 20 years. - Predictive Property Insights: Data-led appreciation modelling to help families make informed wealth-building decisions. - Unified CRM & Developer Ecosystem: Bringing transparency and accountability across the entire value chain. We are not just helping people buy homes, we are helping them build generational wealth. Our Vision: To make financially stress-free homeownership a reality for 1 million Indian families by 2035. We believe the future of real estate lies in combining trust, technology, and financial innovation, and we are building the category-defining product that leads this change. The Founder: Brixline is founded by Pravas Chandragiri, a young and highly respected entrepreneur from Odisha. He previously built Soptle, a full-stack B2B fintech platform that scaled to: 10,000+ retailers, 120+ manufacturers, $30M+ loan processing volume. After successfully pivoting Soptle in 2025, Pravas founded Brixline with a deeper mission to reshape Indian homeownership at scale by merging real estate, technology, and financial returns. His journey embodies resilience, innovation, and a deep commitment to solving real problems that impact millions.
