At KBR, We Deliver.</p><p>KBR was recently named a “Great Place to Work-Certified” company, an honour that underscores the company’s commitment to being a UK employer of choice for people who want to do work that matters.</p><p><b>Project Support</b></p><p>Project Support provides support to the Project Manager and or the Sub Project Manager to facilitate project delivery within the agreed cost and schedule baseline.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>Production and or delivery of key project deliverables such as PMP’s, project scope documents, schedule and cost estimates, Work Specification Forms and Work Scope documents, Safety Method Statements and Work Safety Plans, Tender Packages and support to the contract management process.</p><p>Attendance at planned training.</p><p>Assisting in delivery of the projects or project work scope within the baseline.</p><p>Delivering tasks in a safe manner to the specified functional criteria, goals and objectives, compliant with appropriate legislation, project execution procedures, and within the approved project baseline, scope, cost, schedule and quality requirements.</p><p>Developing, maintaining, reporting and trending an accurate task baseline.</p><p>Providing accurate and timely information and reports regarding the task status, activities and performance.</p><p>Proposing, agreeing, implementing and reporting corrective actions to secure the task baseline.</p><p>Ensuring the task meets the specified project functional criteria.</p><p>Early identification of risks/ issues/ concerns that either have the potential or will impact the task baseline.</p><p>Liaison with project stakeholders including design, construction, commissioning, safety,</p><p>HP&S, S&RM, IWM and any other plant teams during all project phases as requested by the PM or Sub PM.</p><p>Facilitating in the maintenance of effective integrated project execution plans.</p><p>Active participation in Safety Improvement Programmes.</p><p><b>The Person</b></p><p>Accountabilities</p><p>To the Project Manager or Sub Project Manager for:</p><p>Complying with applicable safety, environmental and quality company procedures, policies and legislative and regulatory requirements.</p><p>Applying an appropriate level of priority for safety and quality to ensure that Nuclear Safety is not compromised by delivery.</p><p>Ensuring the accuracy of information shared within IPT and stakeholders.</p><p>Maintaining compliance with approved processes, procedures and PXP’s.</p><p>Active contribution to LFE (Learning from experience) and sharing across project stages.</p><p>Actively supporting the implementation and use of the Project Delivery Fundamentals within their delivery team.</p><p>To work in compliance with the Collaborative Management Plan.</p><p>Capturing actions and information from meetings, updating the dashboard, and issuing updates as required.</p><p>Preparing and issuing minutes for key meetings.</p><p>Support with production and admin of Construction and Project logs and records.</p><p>Raising orders when needed and keeping the project asset register up to date.</p><p>Organising workshops and supporting general coordination activities.</p><p><b><i>Due to the nature of our work and security requirements, we can only consider applicants with the right to live and work in the United Kingdom.
