Role details

We currently have a vacancy for a Project Officer to join our Change and Transformation Team.

We are looking for a motivated and organised Project Officer to support the planning, coordination and delivery of a portfolio of change, transformation and improvement projects across the organisation. Working as part of the Change and Transformation function and reporting to a Programme Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered effectively, on time and to a high standard. You will take responsibility for delivering low to medium cost and risk projects independently, as well as managing defined work packages within larger, complex programmes.

You will work closely with colleagues across the organisation, including Finance, Legal, Procurement and service teams, as well as external suppliers and partners. This is a varied role that combines strong project management discipline with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build or further develop a career in project delivery within a large, complex public sector organisation, contributing directly to projects that support our strategic ambitions and improve how we work.
