  • Project Management Tools – intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Project, including baselining, critical path analysis, dependency relationship options, actuals tracking, variance reporting, and timeline summaries; intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite in order to create documents that present content in a compelling and professional format
  • Analytical & Critical Thinking – systematically gather and evaluation information to solve complex problems and make informed recommendations or decisions; decompose problems into smaller, manageable parts to identify patterns, trends, and cause-and-effect relationships; evaluate information objectively, question assumptions, and identify biases in order to form a well-reasoned conclusion
  • Attention to Detail – focus on the minute, specific aspects of an assignment or task to ensure thoroughness, accuracy, consistency, and high-quality results; leverage active listening and observations to capture both subtle cues and critical instructions; utilize organizational skills to ensure defined plans are followed and no steps are missed; adopt an inherent reflex for reviewing work, identifying inconsistencies, and correcting errors before final delivery
  • Communications – translate complex information into clear, actionable insights or guidance; tailor communications mediums and content to meet the objectives of the forum and the needs of the audience (from executives to front-line staff); share difficult information with key stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner that leads to effective resolution
