Why We're Looking for You

We're looking for a Project Manager, Implementations to join our Implementation team and lead banks through their digital transformation journey. You'll manage multiple high-stakes deployments simultaneously, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure our banking clients successfully launch on time.

This is a hands-on role where organization meets execution. You'll be the conductor orchestrating complex implementations while building trusted relationships with banking executives and operations teams.

What You'll Do

  • Manage multiple concurrent bank implementations with overlapping timelines, tracking dependencies and risks while driving projects to on-time completion

  • Lead client calls and build trusted relationships with stakeholders from C-suite executives to operations staff, handling difficult conversations and managing expectations

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Implementation Associates, engineers, and Customer Success to ensure smooth project execution and post-launch transitions

  • Translate complex technical requirements between clients and internal teams while protecting your implementation team from scope creep

  • Jump in to help with hands-on configuration and debugging when needed, keeping projects moving forward during resource constraints

  • Document solutions and identify process improvements to enhance future deployments and team efficiency

  • Escalate strategically to sales and leadership when additional support is needed to unblock critical issues

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States and located within the continental United States

Nice to Haves

  • Experience in financial services, banking, or fintech

  • Background in software implementations or professional services

  • Technical aptitude, ability to understand platform capabilities and limitations

  • Previous experience managing aggressive timelines with fixed deadlines

  • Familiarity with no-code platforms or integration projects
