<strong>Job Requirements<br><br></strong>The ideal candidate will excel in managing key project elements such as scope, cost, schedule, and staffing, while coordinating with external vendors and overseeing contractual commitments. Your proven ability to thoroughly review technical documents, respond to project inquiries, and closely monitor costs and progress is essential. You should also be skilled in efficiently managing all project resources and costs, including staff, contractors, and budgets, and in collaborating with sales and engineering teams to establish project scope and objectives.<br><br><strong>Work Experience<br><br></strong><ul><li>Associate degree in a field related to construction (i.e., engineering, architecture) or equivalent related work experience required.</li><li>2 years' of progressive experience in a role performing project management job functions for construction projects.</li><li>Proficiency in planning, scheduling, and coordinating detailed project phases, along with strong computer skills in Microsoft Office products.</li><li>10-hour OSHA certification required.</li><li>Primary project financial competence (budget, labor, costs, billings), forecasting (% complete, % billed), KPI's (financial, productivity, quality, culture), and reporting (progress, schedule).</li><li>Strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment are essential.</li><li>Must be authorized to work in US.</li><li>Ability to travel extensively with a valid Driver's License.</li><li>Government badge may be required for most sites, must be prepared to pass an extensive background check.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Benefits<br><br></strong>Advance your career with Stark Tech, a leader in facilities and energy solutions.
