Job Summary
The Project Manager, Commercial Canada acts as a strategic execution partner to the Commercial leadership team, responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering key commercial initiatives and client implementation projects across a complex, matrix organization. Serving as a bridge between strategy and execution, this role drives alignment across cross-functional stakeholders, manages critical workstreams, and ensures commercial priorities are executed with speed, agility, and discipline.


The ideal candidate brings strong project management rigor and commercial acumen, with the ability to manage executive-level stakeholders, navigate matrixed teams, and implement structured reporting and governance. As the Project Manager, Commercial Canada you will be involved in …
Project Management & Execution
  • Lead the planning and execution of commercial projects including new product launches, trade programs, promotional campaigns, and key account initiatives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and progress reports to ensure visibility and accountability across functions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Channel Partnerships, E-Commerce) to ensure timely delivery of project components.
  • Track performance against key milestones, budgets, and KPIs, and proactively address risks or barriers to success.
Sales Enablement & Support
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to implement go-to-market strategies and ensure sales teams are equipped for launch readiness.
  • Support sales teams in preparing client proposals, RFP submissions, and presentations that align with business goals and compliance standards.
  • Oversee pricing approvals, contract administration, and operational components tied to commercial execution.
Commercial Strategy & Executive Reporting
  • Partner with Commercial leadership to develop board decks, quarterly business reviews, and strategy presentations that highlight performance, pipeline, and growth opportunities.
  • Consolidate data and insights from multiple sources into clear, compelling narratives for executive and board audiences.
  • Support the development of annual commercial plans, pricing strategies, and go-to-market frameworks in collaboration with Finance, Product, and Marketing.
  • Identify trends and insights to inform strategic decision-making and process improvements.
Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
  • Manage client onboarding or custom deliverables to ensure a seamless transition from sales to operations.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal teams to maintain alignment and transparency.
Continuous Improvement
  • Evaluate and optimize project management processes, tools, and documentation for greater efficiency.
  • Facilitate post-project reviews and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the design of scalable frameworks for commercial project delivery.

You would be the best fit for this role if you have…
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (MBA or PMP certification an asset).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial operations, sales enablement, or project management
  • Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience preparing executive-level presentations and strategy decks for leadership or board review.
  • Familiarity with CRM and project management systems.

Bonus points if you have…
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, go-to-market strategy, and commercial execution.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
  • Skilled in planning, documentation, and progress reporting.
  • Solid knowledge of commercial operations, pricing models, and sales enablement frameworks.
  • Comfortable interpreting financial metrics and performance data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to distill complex information into clear insights.
