Role description Job Title: Product Owner / Business Analyst - Cyber Insurance line Location: US Remote Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner - Cyber to join our team. This is a remote position in the US, requiring 5-10 years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, requirements gathering, cyber insurance offerings, and agile methodologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the direction and execution of our cyber insurance products, as well as working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions. Responsibilities: 1. Drive the vision and direction of the cyber insurance products, aligning with the company's strategic goals. 2. Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and issues. 3. Define and prioritize product requirements, using business analysis techniques to ensure alignment with customer needs. 4. Collaborate closely with stakeholders, development teams, and other departments to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented. 5. Facilitate agile processes and meetings, including sprint planning, daily stand-arenaflex, and retrospectives. 6. Manage product backlog, prioritizing based on business value and ROI. 7. Track and analyze product performance, making recommendations for improvements or new features. 8. Ensure compliance with cyber insurance regulations and standards. 9. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, presenting product updates and strategic decisions. 10. Proactively identify risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies as necessary. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2. 5-10 years of experience in product ownership or related roles. 3. Strong knowledge of cyber insurance offerings and related regulations. 4. Demonstrated experience in business analysis and requirements gathering. 5. Proficiency in agile methodologies, related tools and understand technology. 6. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to a variety of audiences. 7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on detail. 8. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. 9. Strong team player with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
