Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Product Associate / Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves overseeing the development and management of innovative products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. The successful candidate will collaborate across departments, utilise industry-standard tools and methodologies, and contribute to the realisation of strategic product initiatives. A strong understanding of software development processes, project management, and stakeholder communication is essential. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in product management within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements and technical specifications (incl. acceptance criteria, flows).
  • Produce low- and high-fidelity prototypes (or coordinate them) to validate scope and align stakeholders.
  • Own sprint planning support: track progress, manage backlogs, prioritization, dependencies, timelines and time/ budget risks.
  • Develop detailed product roadmaps, prioritising features based on business value and technical feasibility.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including software developers, designers, and QA to ensure timely delivery of product features.
  • Coordinate daily and weekly delivery across Content, Design, Front-end, and Back-end; unblock fast.
  • Run QA/UAT cycles, write lightweight test plans, log issues, and verify fixes.
  • Maintain product documentation: release notes, feature specs, internal process guides.
  • Handle product demos, user onboarding and support
  • Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Jira/ Trello, Notion/Confluence, and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in product management or related roles within software development environments.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Figma, Jira and Google Workspace.
  • Strong inter-personal skills with a pleasant and positive disposition to engage with people
  • Organized and diligent, notably in maintaining and updating documents
  • Comfortable in a dynamic environment with evolving work priorities
  • Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and cross-team collaboration.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS is desirable but not essential.

This role is ideal for a proactive individual eager to contribute to innovative product solutions while developing their career in product management within a collaborative environment. Academic degrees are not prerequisite.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
