Retail Sales Trainee – Part-Time (Weekends Only) – Mumbai

Founder’s Note

As a Retail Sales Trainee, you will understand how customers think, what they value, and how to guide them through an experience that is personal and memorable.

This part-time role gives you hands-on exposure to real customers, real sales interactions, and real product discovery — without the pressure of a full-time workload. Over time, you’ll build confidence, communication skills, and an understanding of the fine jewelry industry. You’ll learn how we create emotion-driven experiences, not just transactions, and play a key role in delivering delight every weekend.

Borivali (West), Mumbai (Current) – May support other Mumbai locations as needed.

Job Overview

The Retail Sales Trainee will assist customers during studio visits on weekends. You’ll support the sales team by guiding customers through product options, answering basic queries, and ensuring a smooth, warm, and memorable studio experience. This is an entry-level role ideal for freshers who want exposure to luxury retail, customer interaction, and sales operations.

Responsibilities : Lead to Appointment

Assisting with lead nurturing for weekend appointments

Basic enquiry handling

Sharing prices and product details on request

Appointment to Receipt

Supporting appointment flow as per provided SOPs

Providing customers with relevant information about products & services

Understanding customer preferences and helping guide their choices

Assisting with virtual appointments when needed

Helping with basic order processing

Checking product availability and sharing details with customers

Communicating quotations

Building positive customer interactions

Supporting advance payment and receipt generation

Procure to Pay

Coordinating with the team for product status

Ensuring expectations are aligned during quality check coordination

Receipt to Invoice

Assisting with product deliveries and handovers

Other Responsibilities

Supporting brand events and customer experience activities

Helping host jewellery styling consultations

Participating in exhibitions and concept tours

Representing the brand on digital platforms, if needed

Providing suggestions based on customer interactions for product insights

Qualification

Pursuing or completed B.Com / BBA

Freshers welcome; no prior experience required

Strong communication & customer interaction skills

Interest in retail, luxury, or jewellery styling is a plus
