Lead and mentor a team of platform operations specialists, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure high-quality work and professional development. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to platform operations, and implement changes and updates as needed to keep the platform competitive and cutting-edge. Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of new features and updates. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to ensure a collaborative and efficient approach to platform operations. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to platform operations.
