We are seeking a dynamic and personable individual to join our team as a Medical Receptionist. This role requires delivering professional customer service with a caring, empathetic, and energetic approach while supporting the daily operations of the clinic.
 
Main Responsibilities:
  • Answer client calls, emails, and messages

  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

  • Refer clients to the appropriate clinician based on their needs

  • Manage clinicians’ schedules

  • Assist clinicians with administrative requests

  • Create invoices and process payments

  • Manage the clinic’s waiting list

  • Support daily office tasks and assist the clinic coordinator or clinic managers as needed

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English and French (spoken and written)

  • Ability to work from home in a quiet, private environment

  • Professional and well‑spoken communication style

  • Comfortable using computers, applications, and various operating systems

  • Strong multitasking abilities

  • Effective problem‑solving skills

  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Gmail, and Google Drive

  • Previous experience in medical administration or customer service is an asset
