There is now a rare opportunity to join a professional and inclusive People and Culture team to provide essential HR operational support across the full employee lifecycle.

  • Coordinate the end-to-end induction process for new hires, including training schedules and stakeholder meetings.

  • Lead the early talent/internship program, driving the annual recruitment, performance management and engagement of interns.
  • Administer work pass applications and maintain accurate records with local regulatory authorities.

  • Support annual human resources cycles such as performance appraisals and compensation reporting.

  • Ensure employee data integrity in the HRIS and be the main point of contact for all HRIS related matters.

  • Support annual compensation and benefits cycles by preparing reports, managing medical claims, and administering government-related leave claims.
  • Facilitate recruitment operations by liaising with external partners and managing candidate tracking systems.

  • Be a champion of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to foster a positive work culture across the organisation.


skills and experience required

  • At least 2 years of experience in an HR administrative or generalist capacity.

  • Comprehensive understanding of local employment legislation and regulatory reporting requirements.

  • Proven ability to manage work pass applications and maintain accurate records with the Ministry of Manpower.

  • Strong technical proficiency in the full suite of office productivity software and financial consolidation or HRIS tools.

  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong focus on accuracy and the ability to manage sensitive documentation.
