About the role:

We're searching for a compliance and recruitment senior administrator to join our Administration Team. This isn't just an admin job; it's a crucial role where you'll be instrumental in shaping an outstanding candidate experience and supporting the growth of our dedicated care professionals. You'll ensure our onboarding process complies to all relevant CQC regulations and internal policies, maintaining our high standards every step of the way. It is essential that you have a good working knowledge of the care sector, ideally within a compliance role.

In this role, you will:

Manage both the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) overseeing applicant management, screening, and interview scheduling, while maintaining accurate digital records, assisting with data entry and reports, whilst maintaining all documentation is current in line with legislation, GDPR.  Thus, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience by guiding individuals through the onboarding process and meticulously overseeing all pre-employment checks, including:

  • DBS, references, right-to-work checks and ID documentation.
  • Monitor and audit systems data.
  • Actively be involved in the development and implementation of new systems.   
  • Directly liaise with our external systems providers, i.e DBS, Zinc, Indeed
  • Logging systems spends i.e Indeed, Recruitment day events
  • Preparation of data for the Managing Director and organisation on a monthly and Ad Hoc basis
  • Update contracts in line with current employment law
  • Provide former colleague references in line with company policies
  • Support Managers with HR related issues
  • Produce On-Call rota

To be successful in this role you will need:

Good understanding of compliance standards and processes required for Health & Social Care sector, with experience working in the sector in an administrative capacity

Experience of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Experience with system Implementation.

Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly telephone manner

Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, MS Teams, PowerPoint Outlook), with advanced skills in Excel for analytical tasks and report creation, as well as advanced knowledge PowerPoint for crafting compelling presentations. It would be advantageous to have knowledge of working with Power BI, but not essential.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines

A proactive, self-motivated, and flexible approach to work

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

A genuine interest in working in the care sector and a commitment to quality
