Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team on a part-time basis. The role is focused on managing and controlling all documentation within the organization on Saturdays. As a Document Controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring that company documents are well-organized, up-to-date, and accessible. This position is ideal for someone looking to supplement their income with a flexible, part-time role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain the companys document management system, ensuring documents are filed correctly and easily accessible.

  • Review incoming and outgoing documents for accuracy and compliance with internal standards.

  • Ensure all documents are appropriately indexed and archived in the system.

  • Coordinate with team members to gather, review, and update project documentation on a weekly basis.

  • Maintain version control of documents, ensuring the latest versions are always available.

  • Implement and enforce document management policies and procedures.

  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of technical and non-technical documents as needed.

  • Maintain records of document revisions and updates.

  • Respond to document retrieval requests from staff and management.

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other company documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours

  • Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (flexible hours can be discussed).
