We are seeking a discerning remote assistant to become a trusted partner in the studio’s growth. This fully remote, part-time role blends creative, operational, and strategic responsibilities. You will manage social media, craft high-level brand content, and support inbound lead management, allowing the founder to focus on the work at the heart of BLOU INK.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create and curate visually compelling social media content that aligns with BLOU INK’s refined aesthetic.
  • Draft captions, plan content calendars, and propose campaigns that elevate the brand presence.
  • Review and qualify inbound inquiries to identify ideal prospective clients.
  • Maintain lead tracking systems and ensure qualified leads are ready for follow-up.
  • Research trends and opportunities to support discreet business growth.
  • Handle operational tasks to free the founder for creative and client-facing work.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced in social media management and content creation for premium or boutique brands.
  • Skilled in Photoshop, Canva, Adobe Suite, or Figma.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to take initiative independently.
  • Exceptional written communication with strong brand sensibility.
  • Has a genuine interest in design, architecture, interior spaces, and sustainable practices.
  • Bonus: familiarity with interior design, lifestyle, or wellness sectors.
