Job Summary (Applicants must be UK residents)

We're seeking a talented and results-driven Paid Marketing Manager to develop, implement, and manage our advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram and Google). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Meta's advertising tools, audience targeting, and analytics to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and overall business growth. This position is remote, offering flexibility and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Development & Execution: Design and execute innovative Meta/Google ads advertising campaigns aligned with business objectives and tailored for the UK audience.
  • Audience Targeting: Conduct thorough audience research to identify and target ideal customer segments within the UK on Meta platforms.
  • Budget Management: Strategically allocate and optimise advertising budgets to maximise ROI.
  • A/B Testing: Implement rigorous A/B testing methodologies to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Data-Driven Analysis: Analyse campaign metrics, extract actionable insights, and optimise strategies based on data.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present clear reports on campaign performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and key learnings.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, content, sales) to ensure campaign alignment and seamless execution.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 years of proven experience around paid media, with a demonstrable track record of success within the UK market.
  • Skills: Some knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Business Suite, Google Adwords, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Data Analysis: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on data insights.
  • Creativity: Ability to develop highly engaging ad copy and creative assets that resonate with a UK audience.
  • Adaptability: Stay updated on the latest Meta platform changes, emerging trends, and best practices in digital advertising within the UK.
  • Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Remote Work Proficiency: Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and projects independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications/ Experience 

  • Minimum 1 years in a marketing agency or in-house marketing department 
  • Meta Blueprint certification (or similar).
  • Experience with other social media advertising platforms (e.g., TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn)
  • Understanding of how all marketing channels (e.g., social media, email marketing) can impact campaign success KPIs 
  • Experience with landing page refinement/conversion 
  • Medical/Clinic based Marketing experience  

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience, ranging from  £27k to £32K PA - subject to a successful probation period.
