<p><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;"><strong>JOB SUMMARY</strong></span></p><p><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;">The PACS/RIS Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration, optimization, and support of imaging applications across Radiology and Cardiology service lines. This role plays a critical part in ensuring reliable image workflow, system integrity, and operational excellence across multiple facilities.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;">This position requires regular travel to various THH locations in the Dallas area and provides hands-on support to clinical and operational imaging teams. The PACS/RIS Administrator partners closely with Imaging leadership, end users, IT, and vendors to maintain high standards for system performance, data integrity, and patient care.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;">This is not a remote position and includes on-call responsibilities.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;">ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE</span></p><p><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;">* Manage the daily operations, integrity, and performance of imaging applications and devices supporting Radiology and Cardiology (CV) services, including PACS, RIS, image workflow, and related systems.</span><br><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;">* Ensure accurate and complete capture of DICOM digital image data, including network transmission, RIS validation, and exception handling across all required applications.</span><br><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;">* Serve as the primary liaison between Imaging departments, IT, and vendors to resolve system, workflow, and technical issues.</span><br><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;">* Provide system administration support to Imaging leaders, including report generation on utilization, compliance, and performance metrics.</span><br><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;">* Support charge capture reconciliation, assist with new procedure code requests, and ensure accurate application of charges.</span><br><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;">* Deliver user training programs and provide first-line technical and problem-resolution support to end users.</span><br><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;">* Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and user-related issues.</span><br><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;">* Maintain system efficiency, reliability, and security in alignment with organizational standards.</span><br><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;">* Participate in after-hours, weekend, holiday, and on-call coverage on a rotational basis across multiple facilities.</span><br><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;">* Travel regularly to support imaging operations at various Dallas-area THH locations.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;"><strong>HOURS & SCHEDULE</strong></span></p><p><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;">Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM</span><br><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;">*On-call duty required*</span></p><p><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;"><strong>REQUIRED / PREFERRED EXPERIENCE</strong></span></p><p><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;">* PACS Administration experience supporting **Radiology and/or Cardiology departments**.</span><br><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;">* Hands-on experience with imaging workflows and diagnostic imaging systems.</span><br><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;">* Background in Radiology strongly preferred;
