Job Description - Web Pnl Lead - International

Responsibilities:


- Own the revenue for all sub-segments of growth through Website.

- Monitor and manage advertising budgets, ensuring optimal allocation to maximize ROI.

- Develop strategies for acquisition, retention, online visibility, conversion and experimentation to meet the desired goals

- Manage stakeholders across geographies, functions to deliver the revenue goals

Digital Acquisition and Retention:

- Utilize prior experience to drive new user acquisition through various digital channels such as Web, social media, content marketing, and partnerships utilizing organic and paid initiatives

- Develop and implement strategies for customer/user retention through CRM channels, including email, push notifications, and SMS.

Online Presence Optimization:

- Optimize our presence on search engines (Google), Web listing ( Website, Google My business / Google Meta Ads)

Implement SEO strategies, schema markup, and structured data to enhance our online visibility.

- Develop, implement, and optimize effective SEM campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search engines.

Conversion Optimization:

- Analyze user journeys and implement strategies to optimize conversion rates at different stages of the funnel, from awareness to conversion.

- Conduct A/B testing and experiments to identify high-impact growth opportunities, iterating quickly based on data-driven insights.

Performance Analysis and ROI Optimization:

- Monitor and deliver key KPIs, including Web Impressions, CTR from Meta search engines.

- Optimize and achieve target ROI across all growth segments.

- Analyze data to carve out meaningful insight

Collaboration and Partnerships:

- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Creative teams to align growth strategies.

- Drive partnerships with 3rd-party affiliates to increase the top of the funnel.

Team Leadership and Management:

- Demonstrate structured problem-solving skills and take ownership of growth initiatives.

- Manage and lead a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
