Description: Rollingstone Ranch Golf Club is excited to announce openings for Outside Service. The position is responsible for assisting the Director of Golf and First Assistant in providing outstanding customer service to Guests and Employees. This is a seasonal position with approximate dates of May 15th - November 15th (depending on weather and other circumstances). Hiring both full-time and part-time employees and we offer the best golf privileges in the valley.

Qualifications, Experience and Skill Requirements:

  • Must have a friendly and positive personality.
  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be dependable and have a strong work ethic.
  • Always maintain a professional image.
  • Knowledge about the game of golf preferred but not required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide services to members/guests patronizing the golf course to include, but not limited to, loading, and unloading golf bags onto golf carts, and cleaning golf clubs before and after play.
  • Provide additional service to include cleaning and detailing golf carts, staging golf carts, assisting in the maintenance of the practice facility, maintaining rental club inventory, and overnight bag storage.
  • Prepare the daily set up of the practice area.
  • Maintain the practice facility throughout the day and break down at the end of the day.
  • Be proactive in anticipating member/guest needs.
  • Engage with members/guests in promoting the club.
  • Responsible for opening/closing shift tasks.
  • Always provide excellent customer service.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Director of Golf and/or manager.


Pay rate: $12.50 + Tip
