This role involves close collaboration with both listed and non-listed companies to enhance market penetration. Additionally, the Open Market Advisor is responsible for managing client expectations by facilitating service clinics, open days, and regular meetings, thereby strengthening engagement and positioning HSBC as the preferred banking partner.</p><p> </p><p><strong>In this role, you will:</strong></p><ul><li>Deliver performance targets across Acquisition (accounts), Revolving Credit (credit cards), and Borrowing (personal loans), while consistently maintaining high standards in customer experience and sales quality across both listed and non-listed portfolios.</li><li>Serve as the primary contact for employees within your designated portfolio of listed companies, ensuring their banking requirements are met efficiently.</li><li>Identify opportunities for Wealth Management, International Banking Corridors, and Private Banking, referring clients to the appropriate business lines as needed.</li><li>Uphold Group compliance standards and internal controls, demonstrating zero tolerance for any form of misconduct.</li><li>Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and sustained productivity.</li><li>Continually update business knowledge to remain responsive to changes in the external environment and industry trends.</li><li>Stay informed of market developments and competitor activity to ensure a sustained competitive advantage.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Complete understanding of the IWPB products, propositions and services, including the global service standards, and the ability to communicate this effectively to customers</li><li>Proven experience dealing with and selling products and services to retail individuals</li><li>Adept of developing a networking strategy and proven ability to achieve activity and outcome goals</li><li>Knowledge of competitor activity, propositions and offers</li><li>Excellent performance year by year</li><li>Ability to manage high network clients</li><li>Strong communications and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong negotiation skills</li><li>Good team player</li><li>Excellent problem solving skills</li><li>Effective / seamless handover of customer relationships to those with appropriate skills to manage them</li><li>Customer service orientation</li><li>Risk awareness </li><li>A graduation degree is essential for obtaining a UAE visa and work permit.
