Job Summary

MNC JOBS INFO is seeking friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Online Telecalling Agents to handle inbound customer service calls. This is a non-sales role, with a primary focus on resolving customer queries, providing information, and assisting with account-related issues. The position is ideal for individuals looking to work from home in a structured yet flexible environment without the pressure of meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from customers in a courteous and professional manner

  • Understand and address customer queries and concerns accurately

  • Provide information about company services, account details, or common FAQs

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary

  • Maintain accurate records of conversations and ensure proper documentation

  • Follow established call scripts and company protocols

  • Attend training sessions and team meetings as required

  • Meet basic performance metrics such as call quality, adherence, and resolution time

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or other regional languages is a plus)

  • Good listening skills and attention to detail

  • Basic computer proficiency (typing, internet browsing, email handling)

Experience
