About Our Sales Team Experience

  • Previous experience in adtech sales, ideally within a programmatic environment
  • Proven track record of closing new business and exceeding quotas
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to grow and manage a personal book of business
  • Strong relationship-building skills with potential and existing clients
  • Active in market presence through industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
  • Solid understanding of The Trade Desk or comparable DSPs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both virtual and in person
  • Confidence in conducting technical platform demos and explaining value to both agency and brand stakeholders
  • High level of motivation, accountability, and teamwork
  • Excited to be on a growing team and selling a product that helps clients succeed
