Job Summary:

HR Service Jobs is looking for motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Night Shift Call Center Representatives. This position requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage customer inquiries effectively. As a Night Shift Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving issues, and providing excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
