Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our mobile IV therapy team. In this role, you will provide on-site IV hydration and wellness services to patients in their residences—whether private homes, assisted living facilities, or other community settings.
Responsibilities
Travel to patient locations to provide IV therapy and hydration treatments

  • Assess patient condition prior to and after IV administration
  • Prepare and insert IV catheters and administer solutions in accordance with protocols
  • Monitor for adverse reactions and provide appropriate interventions
  • Educate patients on treatment benefits and potential side effects
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation
  • Adhere to safety, infection control, and HIPAA regulations
  • Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients and their families
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to support overall patient wellness
  • Represent the company with professionalism, empathy, and clinical excellence

Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of CA
  • Strong IV insertion and phlebotomy skills (required)
  • Critical care or infusion experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of car insurance(required)
  • CPR/BLS certification (required)
  • Ability to work independently with sound clinical judgment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Flexibility to work some evenings or weekends, as needed
  • Must be able to work as a 1099 independent contractor

Schedule M- F 8am-5pm

Pay Structure (1099):

  • Guaranteed base pay of $1,950 per week

  • Base is calculated at $65/Patient Visit for a minimum of 6 patients per day

  • $65 per additional patient visit for any visits beyond the daily base
