What the job is about As an Implementation Consultant with focus on live customers, you will play an important role in creating, configuring, and assembling the foundational components of Sofico’s solution to support and enhance business processes. You will collaborate closely with clients and project teams to design, implement, and deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs. Your responsibilities will include: Post Go-Live Services Change Request Management: • Analyze and refine customer service requests into actionable specifications. • Verify Miles' capabilities to propose optimal solution directions. • Design, execute, document, and deliver configuration solutions. • Collaborate with BA’s, TA’s, product managers and developers for enhanced solution implementation. Customer Interaction: • Engage with customers to address complex requirements and provide comprehensive handovers. • Provide accurate estimations to Account and Service Desk Managers. • Handle customer queries and provide expert advice on solution configurations. • Offer guidance on configuration design for customer-led implementations. • Support customers in their configuration and development processes. • Defect Handling • Leverage advanced implementation skills to address defects in configured solutions effectively Configuration Execution: • Execute and document configuration solutions. • Integrate solutions from various work streams into a cohesive system. • Conduct unit testing to ensure quality and reliability of configured solutions Your interests and skills You like to work on impactful projects in a dynamic and innovative environment. What else is expected: • Proven experience in a configuration or implementation consulting role, preferably in a tech-driven environment. • Familiar with software implementation lifecycle and 2nd and 3rd line support • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Proficiency in system configuration, testing, and documentation. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Effective communication and collaboration abilities to interact with diverse stakeholders. • Experience in customer engagement and providing consultative support. • Familiarity with ERP software solutions in the automotive or financial services sectors is a plus.
