Essential Functions:

  • Microsoft 365 solution development and support relating to Microsoft's core business applications and cloud offerings including Office 365, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Intune, Teams, and Azure
  • Implement MS365 configuration changes based on documented design
  • Update and maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle of multiple simultaneous projects
  • Present configuration design and implementation artifacts and clearly translate MS365 technical subject matter to clients with varying IT acumen
  • Demonstrate professional attitude with client over the phone, on-site and through emails to resolve all client requests/questions
  • Work within both project teams and technical teams to interpret and discuss information and regularly provide advice and recommend actions involving complex issues
  • Consultants will be required to perform duties under minimal supervision and responsibilities include participating in high-level enterprise architecture analysis, evaluation, design, integration, documentation, and development in order to meet project deadlines for individual tasks and client deliverables

Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Present configuration design and implementation artifacts and clearly translate MS365 technical subject matter to clients with varying IT acumen
  • Participate in high-level enterprise architecture analysis, evaluation, design, integration, documentation, and development to meet project deadlines for individual tasks and client deliverables
  • Update and maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle of multiple simultaneous projects
  • Work and communicate effectively within both project teams and technical teams to interpret and discuss information and regularly provide advice and recommend actions involving complex issues
  • Provide unparalleled customer service and demonstrate professional attitude with client over the phone, on-site and through emails to resolve all client requests/questions
  • Continuous education, expansion, and refinement of technical knowledge and credibility through industry standard certifications
  • Enter time and expenses as they occur
  • Perform duties under minimal supervision
  • Other duties as assigned


Job Specifications

Required

  • Associates or bachelor's degree in Computer Science or MIS from a reputable institute OR 1-3 years of IT or related equivalent experience
  • Must have a current CompTIA Security + certification
  • General Microsoft 365 solution knowledge relating to Microsoft's core business applications and cloud offerings including Office 365, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Intune, Teams, and Azure
  • Microsoft Information Protection experience, including Data Loss Prevention, Sensitivity Labels and Sensitive Information Types
  • Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android device management
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Defender suite of products and Azure Active Directory Conditional Access
  • Experience with automation and scripting, PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API etc
  • Ability to work independently and a strong desire for personal and professional development
  • Ability to identify and evaluate trends in industry best practice policies
  • All candidates MUST BE a U.S. citizen with the ability to pass an extensive background check. Proof of citizenship and eligibility to work must be provided immediately upon hire.
