About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Merchant Services Sales Consultant to join our Merchant Services Relationship Banking Sales Team within Consumer Lending. In this highly visible role, you will deliver innovative payment solutions to small and medium-sized business clients through building relationships and referrals while partnering closely with retail banking teams to drive growth and deepen client relationships. Responsibilities

  • Deliver customized payment processing and merchant technology solutions to business clients
  • Support and partner with Retail Banking teams within your assigned territory to drive referrals and sales
  • Proactively prospect and develop new business opportunities
  • Recommend solutions that address client needs, operational efficiencies, and growth goals
  • Exercise sound judgment while navigating policies, procedures, and compliance standards
  • Collaborate with internal partners and stakeholders to ensure exceptional client experiences
  • Build strong relationships through effective presentations, needs assessments, and follow‑up

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Merchant Services Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Residency within the South or North Miami, Florida market or surrounding areas
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work from a home office
