About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, driven, and strategic MEP Sales Manager to lead and expand the sales operations of Hishitank , a bolted above-ground thermosetting fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) panel tank solution for water storage. This role supports growth across the United States and Canada , working closely with distributors, representatives, and global partners. This is a unique opportunity to lead sales strategy in the MEP, plumbing, fire protection, and construction markets , build a high-performing sales team, and make a measurable impact in infrastructure and water storage solutions. The position offers remote flexibility or the option to work from a regional office . What You'll Do Sales Leadership & Team Development Build, organize, and lead a dedicated sales team promoting Hishitank solutions across assigned territories. Oversee distributor and direct representative sales activity to ensure consistent execution and performance. Strategic Planning & Global Collaboration Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies in partnership with the Tokyo-based global team. Align regional objectives with global KPIs and business goals. Market Growth & Relationship Management Monitor market trends and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities within the MEP ecosystem. Expand and strengthen distributor and partner relationships. Sales Operations & Technical Support Support marketing initiatives across multiple channels and deliver technical seminars and product training for engineers, contractors, and specifying professionals. Performance, Reporting & Budget Management Track sales performance, report progress, manage budgets, and drive consistent revenue growth and conversion rates. Industry Representation Represent the organization at national and regional trade shows, client seminars, and industry events including AWWA, NFPA, ASPE, Greenbuild, Design-Build associations, and other water-related exhibitions. What We're Looking For * 5+ years of sales experience in engineering, construction, or business development (MEP, plumbing, fire protection, or construction industry experience preferred) * Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field; mechanical or civil engineering background is a plus * Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail * Knowledge of construction project management and engineering practices preferred * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including group presentations and technical seminars * Professional Engineering license a plus but not required * Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; experience reviewing CAD or engineering drawings preferred Compensation & Benefits Pay Transparency The salary range for this position is $103,400 - $129,300 , based on experience, education, job-related skills, internal equity, and market considerations. Geographic adjustments may apply.
